Job summary

Arbor Company Highland Park is hiring compassionate caregivers for part-time schedules in both Assisted Living and Memory Care. No certification is required, and we will train eligible hires with the right heart and attitude for senior care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Certification or license is NOT required.
• Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and care for seniors with patience and kindness.

Assisted Living

• Full-Time | 7AM–3PM
• Part-Time | 3PM–11PM Weekends Only
• Part-Time | 11PM–7AM

Memory Care

• Part-Time | 3PM–11PM Weekends Only
• Part-Time Flexible Schedule Available
