Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking compassionate caregivers for our assisted living community in Exton, PA. Full-time and Part-time positions are available for 3pm–11pm shifts, with every other weekend required. Join a team that values respect, growth, and a Great Place To Work culture.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or GED, are able to obtain the PA Direct Care Certificate, and have at least 6 months of caregiving experience. Memory Care experience is a plus and is welcomed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain PA Direct Care Certificate.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP).
• Memory Care experience is a plus.
