Griswold Home Care of Lakewood is hiring compassionate caregivers to join our growing team in Colorado. Flexible day, evening, overnight or 24-hour shifts available to fit your life.

We offer weekly pay, competitive hourly wages of $20–$22, training, and a supportive office team. You’ll help seniors live safely at home with personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation support.

About the Role:

As a caregiver, you’ll make a real difference in someone’s daily life by helping them remain independent at home. Schedules are flexible and may include day, evening, overnight, or 24-hour shifts, with some clients needing as little as four hours of care.

Care may include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, personal care assistance (such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding), dementia support, and clear communication with our office team.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for caregivers with reliable transportation, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least six months of caregiving experience—whether professional or caring for a loved one. A willingness to learn is essential, and we’re happy to provide training and support along the way.
