Job summary

HomeWell Care Services IL281 is seeking compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregivers to support clients in their own homes. You will receive hands-on leadership, clinical guidance, mentorship, and opportunities to grow within healthcare in a collaborative environment.

We focus on compassionate, relationship-driven support to maintain clients’ comfort, independence, and quality of life, with strong emphasis on communication, trust, and consistency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Support mobility and medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Observe changes in client needs and wellbeing and report.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and families with consistency and professionalism.

• Adaptable, coachable, and comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
• Ability to build trust and maintain respectful relationships with clients and families
• CNA, HHA, or prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
• Additional compensation opportunities may be available for candidates with advanced certifications or experience
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet state employment requirements
