HomeWell Care Services IL281 is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home support that enhances clients’ quality of life in their own homes. You will receive hands-on leadership, clinical mentorship, and opportunities to grow within a supportive, relationship-driven team.

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
• Background checks and state employment requirements must be met.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, relationship-driven support to maintain client comfort and independence at home.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Provide mobility assistance and reminders for medications.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Observe changes in client needs and communicate them to supervisors.

• Companionship and emotional support
• Assistance with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care support
• Mobility assistance and medication reminders
