Job summary

Focal Point Homecare in Fridley, Minnesota is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist clients with daily living tasks and personal care. You will help organize appointments, transport to activities, and support independent living in the home.

This role requires patience, reliability, and the ability to work with diverse families. A valid driver’s license and HS diploma are needed. Training bonus of $200 is offered, and pay starts at $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English language.
• Comfortable with handling a variety of household pets.

Responsibilities

• Completing housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, washing dishes and tidying.
• Helping plan client appointments and organize a schedule.
