Job summary

Assurance Care & Support Services Inc in New Jersey is seeking compassionate care professionals to provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities or special needs. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor progress, and follow individualized care plans to maintain wellbeing.

Responsibilities include transportation, meal preparation, medication assistance when needed, and collaboration with families and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, person-centered care

Qualifications

• Experience in home or senior care preferred.
• Knowledge of meal preparation and nutrition guidelines.
• Ability to provide direct support to individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Familiarity with dementia care techniques and strategies.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Ability to take vital signs and monitor health status of individuals.
• Strong communication skills to interact with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Implement individualized care plans and follow specific instructions for each individual
