Assurance Care & Support Services Inc. is seeking professionals to provide direct one-on-one support for individuals with disabilities or special needs in a home-care setting.

The role involves assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, and transportation to community activities, while monitoring health and progress. Candidates should have experience in home or senior care, knowledge of nutrition, and familiarity with dementia care.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or senior care preferred.
• Knowledge of meal preparation and nutrition guidelines.
• Ability to provide direct support to individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Familiarity with dementia care techniques and strategies.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Ability to take vital signs and monitor health status.
• Strong communication skills with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
