Job summary

Assurance Care & Support Services Inc. is seeking compassionate home care aides to provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities or senior needs in New Jersey.

The role includes assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments. Ideal candidates will have experience in home care or senior care, knowledge of nutrition guidelines, and strong communication skills to work with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or senior care is preferred.
• Familiarity with dementia care techniques and strategies.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Ability to take vital signs and monitor health status of individuals.
• Strong communication skills with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals.
