Job summary

Interim HealthCare Personal Care and Support seeks compassionate Caregivers / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to deliver in-home care, helping seniors stay safe and comfortable at home.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with flexible assignments. Start at $17/hour with same-day/next-day pay, weekly pay, and a range of benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
• Two positive professional or personal references.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily support to seniors and clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, shopping, and transportation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities they enjoy.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe home environment and follow care plans and policies.

What You'll Do:

As a Caregiver/HHA, you’ll provide hands‑on care, companionship, and support that helps clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing personal care and daily support to seniors and other clients
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping, shopping, and transportation
• Providing companionship and engaging clients in activities they enjoy, such as games, puzzles, reading, and hobbies
• Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and range‑of‑motion exercises
• Providing medication reminders and reporting changes in a client's condition to your supervisor
• Maintaining a safe home environment, including keeping pathways clear and free of hazards
• Providing care and support as directed by the care plan, supervisor, and applicable policies and regulations

What We're Looking For:

• At least 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience OR completion of a CNA course/certificate
• Two positive professional or personal references
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to client care
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and the care team
