Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care for seniors and other clients who wish to remain safely at home. You can choose full-time, part-time, or PRN assignments near you, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Starting pay is $17/hour, with options for same-day/next-day pay and benefits including health/dental/vision, life insurance, disability coverage, retirement plans, and ESOP eligibility.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience OR completion of a CNA course/certificate.
• Two positive professional or personal references.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to client care.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and daily support to seniors and other clients.
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping, shopping, and transportation.
• Providing companionship and engaging clients in activities they enjoy, such as games, puzzles, reading, and hobbies.
• Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Providing medication reminders and reporting changes in a client's condition to your supervisor.
• Maintaining a safe home environment, including keeping pathways clear and free of hazards.
• Providing care and support as directed by the care plan, supervisor, and applicable policies and regulations.
