Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring in Yakima, WA for an in-home caregiver. This role provides non-clinical, in-home support to health plan members and private clients, with shifts that fit your availability.

You’ll work with the CarePartner team to get matched to clients based on location and needs, building a consistent schedule through the CareLinx app. Ideal candidates have caregiving experience (or relevant CNA/HHA/MA training), access to a smartphone, and the ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• 6+ months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of using the CareLinx app for scheduling and documentation.
• Able to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must pass a background check and meet program-specific training or medical clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living: companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with CarePartner about case updates or client changes.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

• Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to theCareLinxclinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp
• Communicate with your CarePartnerregardingany case updates or client changes
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Additionalshift opportunities (based on client needs):

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check
• Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):
• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
