• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Arizona Caregiver or MedTech certification.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Negative TB test required.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Experience in assisted living or healthcare is a plus.
• Proficient in medication administration and documentation.
• Excellent communication and compassionate care.
• Ability to lift and move residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications as outlined in care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating.
• Monitor health and document changes for the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans to meet each resident’s needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment.
