Oxford Health Group in Chula Vista, CA is seeking attentive Caregivers to join a compassionate team at our new site. You will assist residents with personal care, provide companionship, and support daily living activities in a respectful, patient environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a caring attitude, willingness to undergo background checks and training, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
• Help with meal preparation, serving, and feeding assistance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in resident living areas.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
