Job summary

Home Instead, Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Brunswick and nearby Ohio communities. You will build meaningful relationships, provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and help keep clients safe and independent at home.

We offer paid training, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, competitive wages of $16–$19/hour, a retention bonus up to $1,000 after 90 days, and benefits including health insurance and a retirement plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation with seniors.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer medication reminders and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Run errands and provide transportation to appointments.
• Help with personal care (dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting).
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
