Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality, personalized in-home care across Wisconsin. Join a team dedicated to helping individuals stay in their own homes and maintain independence while receiving tailored support.

Responsibilities include transfers, feeding support, personal care, and ensuring safety and companionship. A valid driver’s license and background check are required, with preference for experience with feeding tubes and Hoyer lifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Prior experience with feeding tubes and Hoyer lifts is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of employment.
• Must pass a caregiver background check.

• Assist with transfers (Hoyer Lift).
• Assist with feedings (G-Tube/Suctioning).
• Assist with bathing/dressing.
• Assist with toileting when needed.
• Provide safety and companionship to members.
