Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for a Columbus, WI client. Part-time, 20 hours/week with 2–3 pm shifts to help individuals stay safely in their own homes.

Responsibilities include bathing assistance, transfers, grooming, shopping support, and wheelchair transfers. Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with insurance and reliable transportation. Mileage reimbursement is offered.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check before hire.
• Driver's License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
