Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin is seeking compassionate, reliable in-home caregivers to support a client receiving hospice care. This part-time role offers flexible shifts and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the client’s comfort, dignity, and independence at home.

Responsibilities include transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, ROM exercises, light housekeeping, errands, and providing companionship and emotional support.

Qualifications

• Background check required prior to hire.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Two years of CNA/in-home care or related field preferred.

• Assist with transfers to and from bed and wheelchair.
• Provide sponge baths or assist with in-shower bathing.
• Assist with dressing and grooming.
• Provide toileting assistance.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Assist with range of motion (ROM) exercises.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run errands and complete community-based tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
