Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a part-time caregiver in Ringle, WI to provide in-home support for a young adult with special needs. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, with a pay rate of $17.66 per hour.

Responsibilities include transfers, meal prep, personal care, mobility, ADLs, and companionship to encourage activity. Qualifications include being at least 18, ability to pass a background check, and either a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to

• Personal cares (bathing, grooming, dressing).

• ADLs support (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Assist with medications when needed.
• Provide safety and companionship while encouraging activity.
