Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin is hiring a part-time Direct Care Worker to support members in the Darlington area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing.
• Repositioning to prevent bed sores and maintain comfort.
• Maintain organization and help remove clutter.

Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Need a part-time position? We are looking for a C.N.A. in the Darlington area.

Schedule:

27 Hours a week

Mid-day shifts, FLEXIBLE BETWEEN 10 AM-5 PM. Only needed 2-3 hours a day to assist!

Duties:

• Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client throughout the day.
• Housekeeping, Laundry and basic home cares
• Personal cares: bathing, toileting: ostomy changing, and catheter cares, bowel program, dressing and grooming
• Repositioning often due to bed sores
• Organizational skills to assist in removing clutter

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and driver's license and insurance required
• Background check must be passed prior to hire.
