Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home, one-on-one support in Monroe County, PA.

Earn up to $13.50 per hour with additional cash through our Caregiver Rewards Program. We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible full-time, part-time and weekend shifts, and benefits including healthcare and retirement. Join a supportive team and make meaningful daily impacts.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in Monroe County.
• Availability to work Weekdays or Weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles to client location's.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly: Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
