Care Finders, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care in Indiana County, PA. Join a supportive team and deliver meaningful assistance to clients in their own homes.

Flexible schedules include full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts. Weekly pay, paid orientation, and benefits are offered along with opportunities for referrals and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in Indiana County.
• Availability to work Weekdays and Weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility as needed.
• Help with bathing, dressing, meals, and other daily care tasks.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly:Be afriendly faceand a steady presence
