As a Caregiverwith Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living and Memory Care we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

Whatwelook for in a Caregiver:

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
• Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a Caregiver:

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
• Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
