Job summary

Sharecare, Inc. via CareLinx is hiring experienced in-home caregivers to support health plan members and private clients in Granite Bay, CA. Roles are part-time and on-site in client homes, with scheduling managed through the CareLinx app.

Caregivers provide non-clinical in-home care, companionship, meal prep, and ADL support, while documenting tasks and communicating with the CarePartner team to ensure high-quality, client-centered service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

• Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduring each shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to theCareLinxclinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Additionalshift opportunities (based on client needs):

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver’s license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may be required based on state law or client contract
