Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking dependable caregivers in Oregon to provide in-home care with compassion and reliability.

Responsibilities include personal care, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, mobility support, and safety, with English required and a valid driver’s license.

We offer weekday/weekend shifts, full-time and part-time options, competitive pay between $18 and $21 per hour, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement.

• Strong communication and a calm, professional demeanor.
• English language required.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license, vehicle and auto insurance

Schedule Options

• Weekday shifts

• Weekend availability (high demand)

We work to match you with clients near you whenever possible.

Pay & Benefits

• $18.00-$21.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Bi-weekly pay (Fridays)

• Direct deposit or pay card options
