Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our Phoenix team in providing in-home care to clients. You’ll help with daily activities, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship in a locally owned SYNERGY HomeCare setting.

We offer flexible scheduling for days, evenings, overnights, and shifts, with on-demand pay and care for both full-time and part-time staff. Join us to build meaningful relationships with clients and families while earning competitive wages

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience or willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid (we can help)
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification optional but encouraged

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home compassionate care and assistance with daily activities
• Assist with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and families
• Be a reliable, positive presence for clients
