Mennonite Village in Oregon is seeking dedicated Caregivers for Quail Run to support residents with daily living activities and health monitoring.

Two positions are available, with pay ranging $17.00–$21.25 per hour plus possible shift differential. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Heimlich maneuver training.
• First Aid certification and Food Handler’s card within 120 days of hire.
• Demonstrated understanding of resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Respond promptly to call lights and ensure they remain within residents’ reach.
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, set‑up, feeding, and clean‑up.
• Support residents with mobility, positioning, transfers, and transportation to activities.
• Monitor resident health status and report changes promptly to the Team Leader or licensed nurse.

Requirements
