Village Caregiving is seeking dedicated, compassionate professionals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. You will provide vital support to Veterans and seniors, helping them maintain independence, comfort, and dignity at home.

Full time, part time and PRN positions are available across all shifts, with bonus opportunities for high performers. We foster a supportive, family-like atmosphere where every team member is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to adhere to health, safety and dietary standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support clients with safe ambulation, mobility, and prescribed exercises.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment with light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with errands.
• Monitor client conditions and promptly report changes to healthcare staff and family.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and document client conditions, promptly reporting any changes or incidents to healthcare staff and family members.
• Respond quickly, calmly, and responsibly in emergency situations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred, though we welcome passionate individuals eager to learn.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated respectful and compassionate bedside manner.
• Strong time-management abilities and the capacity to work reliably with minimal direct supervision.
