Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls.
• Strong knowledge of virtual platforms and navigating online websites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• High School Diploma preferred.
