Eckerd Connects in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks a Career Transition Supervisor to organize, plan, administer, and supervise the CTS Program through cohort enrollment and case management efforts.

The role directs Career Transition Readiness and Career Transition Services activities, ensuring proper planning, scheduling, and effective implementation of all program tasks, with strong emphasis on progress reporting and placement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling or related field required or strongly preferred.
• Two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s degree and broader experience with disadvantaged youth preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred.
• Employment contingent on successful completion of nationwide criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, administer, and supervise the CTS Program through cohort enrollment and case management efforts.
• Direct and supervise activities of Career Transition Readiness and Career Transition Services Programs, ensuring proper planning, scheduling and implementation.
• Prepare and review reports to track progress and ensure objectives are attained.
• Set monthly placement goals and monitor progress; take corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate and participate in open houses, job fairs, and career days.
