Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point and Excel

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and periodic assessments of each graduate’s needs at least six weeks prior to separation
• Assist graduates in identifying and obtaining support services within the communities where they work and live
• Assist graduates and/or former enrollees with initial job placement and follow-up services in 2nd and 4th quarter as assigned
• Ensure job readiness training (e.g., resume preparation and employability skills, work history/experience) has been provided
• Coordinate and attend transition panels for graduating students
• Maintain files and logs that contain transition information
• Comply with all DOL guidelines, OFCCP regulations, Job Corps notices and LifeSkills Connection policies and center procedures
