Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; counseling students.

Responsibilities

• Be the principal point of contact for graduates during transition, placement and follow-up.
• Initiate transitional support referrals to placement specialists and community agencies.
• Contact employers and one-stop centers to arrange interviews and activities.
• Maintain regular contact with former students and document in the system.
• Verify, document and report placements using the automated system and ETA-678.
• Coordinate with workforce development centers statewide.
• Produce and distribute placement and follow-up reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
