Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred in HR/business/communications.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, counseling, or related field is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing career development and employability coaching to students, graduates, and alumni.
• Schedule and conduct mock interviews; provide resume writing assistance and job search guidance.
• Document all communications in CampusVue and track graduate employment criteria.
• Coordinate resume prep sessions, interview techniques, and job search activities.
• Maintain confidential student records and comply with regulatory/accreditation requirements.
