You will coach on job search strategies, resume development, and interview preparation, provide ongoing guidance, and build relationships with local employers to identify opportunities. This role emphasizes student success and real-world career outcomes.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Strong communication, motivation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Experience in career services, recruiting, staffing, or workforce development preferred.
• Knowledge of resume writing, interviewing, or job placement strategies preferred.

• Coach students and graduates on job search strategies, resume development, and interview preparation.
• Provide one-on-one career guidance and ongoing support throughout the job search process.
• Build relationships with local employers and identify job opportunities for graduates.
• Assist with job placement efforts and track employment outcomes.
• Conduct workshops, career readiness sessions, and mock interviews.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and employment activity.
• Collaborate with Academic, Admissions, and Financial Aid teams to support student success.
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development.
