• BA/BS in Human Services or a related field.
• Three years of professional/supervisory experience in human services.
• QIDP status required.
• At least one year direct care experience with developmentally disabled.
• Valid NYS driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Career Solutions Program, ensuring regulatory updates and compliance.
• Supervise Employment Aides, Employment Specialists, and Community Based Vocational Counselors.
• Provide staff training oversight and report to the Administrator.
• Attend trainings related to Supported Employment and program management.
