The Arc Jefferson – St. Lawrence is seeking a program supervisor to oversee the Career Solutions program, ensure compliance with regulations, and support staff in delivering quality services to participants.

The role involves supervising Employment Aides and Specialists, coordinating training, and reporting updates to the Administrator of Community Based Employment. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in Human Services or related field is required.
• 3 years of professional/supervisory experience in human services.
• QIDP status required.
• At least one year direct care experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid NYS driver’s license.

• Foster an environment that promotes communication and teamwork.

• Review timecards, trackers and timesheet program to make sure they are consistent.
• Provide oversight of staff for contract compliance to ensure quality services, timely/accurate data collection and billing.
• Provide and collect statistical data of people we support regarding program and services.
• Report to and take direction from Administrator of Community Based Employment.
• Attend Trainings and Seminars related to Supported Employment and program management.
• Follows all agency policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

- Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm; flexible to the needs of the program

Summary/Objective -

Responsible for the complete oversight of the Career Solutions Program to include any regulatory changes and/or updates. Responsible for each assigned person’s we support vocational plan of service and required program documentation. Responsible for the supervision of the Employment Aides, Employment Specialists, and Community Based Vocational Counselors. Responsible for the oversight and implementation of staff training. Responsible for keeping the Administrator of Community Based Employment & Community Prevocational Services informed of any concerns and/or updates.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
