Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in case managing clients or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide job readiness and placement services to program participants.
• Develop individualized service plans and link clients to resources.
• Create resumes and cover letters; conduct mock interviews and job leads.
• Maintain client progress in the management system and coordinate with partners.
• Assist with trainings, career fairs, and outreach activities.
