Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Preferred three years of job development, career services, or agency recruiting experience.
• Degrees from accredited institutions; non-U.S. degrees only recognized with equivalence.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information to individuals and groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related software.

Responsibilities

• Conducts employment and job development activities with employers and students.
• Meets activity goals to achieve employment start outcomes.
• Maintains relationships with students and graduates and employers.
• Coordinates externship tracking and midterm reviews to increase opportunities.
• Delivers resume, interview, and job search coaching; conducts career skill workshops.
