Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and web chats promptly.
• Schedule appointments using the WAVE system.
• Provide navigation support for WorkInTexas and Workforce Solutions.
• Maintain records in WAVE and CRM.
• Refer complex inquiries to specialists and follow up to ensure resolution.
