Success Education Colleges (SEC) seeks a Career Services Coordinator to provide individualized employment guidance to students and graduates and to drive job placement initiatives. You will build employer relationships, generate leads, and manage externship sites to support placement goals.

You will help students with resume writing, interview techniques, networking, and job search strategies, while tracking placements and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Three years of administrative and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in Career Services, job development, staffing or recruitment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one employment assistance to students and graduates.
• Answer questions about externship, employment, and placement processes.
• Generate employer database through cold calling, mailing, and site visits.
• Meet weekly placement goals and 90-day employment verification targets.
• Develop extern site opportunities and cultivate employer relationships.
