Qualifications

• Career Services Coordinator - one year of related experience.
• Career Services Coordinator II - three years of related experience or two years of related experience with progress toward an applicable advanced degree.
• Career Services Coordinator Sr I - five years of related experience or three years with progress toward an applicable advanced degree.
• Career Services Coordinator Sr II - seven years of related experience or master's degree and five years of related experience with progress toward an applicable advanced degree.
• Additional post-secondary education beyond requirements may substitute for years of required experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Corporate or university experience with recruiting and placement. Excellent networking skills required. Must be able to develop and maintain relationships with recruiters, faculty, staff and students.
