Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking a Career Services Coach to provide ongoing career development and employability coaching for students, graduates, and alumni through classroom sessions, workshops, and individual coaching. You will help with resumes, mock interviews, and job search strategies, while engaging with faculty and staff to track outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and presentation skills, and a collaborative approach to supporting students in their career

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• At least 1 year of recruiting, staffing, HR, counseling, or business experience.
• Experience developing community connections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Commitment to customer service and public presentation.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing career development and employability coaching to students, graduates, and alumni.
• Deliver classroom presentations, workshops, resume writing, mock interviews, and job search guidance.
• Collaborate with Career Services staff to assess progress and track employment status.
• Coordinate and deliver resume preparation, interview technique, and job search sessions.
• Maintain student records and ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.

Education

Associate’s degree (Business/HR/Communication) or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business/Communications
