Responsibilities

• Interviews customers to assess service needs and opportunities for employment or training.
• Coaches customers to present themselves effectively and gain employment.
• Develops individual employment/placement plans and referrals to jobs or training.
• Conducts visits to customers and training sites to support plan implementation.
• Maintains and updates service plans and coordinates provider activities.
• Documents interactions and prepares reports to meet program requirements.
