Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions in El Paso, TX is seeking a RESEA Case Manager to provide integrated workforce planning services to career center customers. You will help clients develop and implement plans to obtain employment and relevant skills, maintaining regular contact with customers and providers.

You will conduct home visits, coordinate activities, document case notes, and ensure service plans meet program requirements, while promoting inclusive access and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and the Internet for case management.
• Keyboarding skills are required and attention to detail is essential.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred and reliable transportation is needed.

Responsibilities

• Interviews customers to assess service needs and explore employment opportunities.
• Coaches customers to present themselves effectively for placement.
• Develops individual employment/placement plans and referrals to jobs or training.
• Performs visits to customers' homes, training sites, or employment sites.
• Maintains and updates service plans and coordinates provider activities.
• Documents interactions with well-written case notes and prepares reports.
