Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Preferred three years of job development, career services, agency recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Conducts employment development sales activities and employer relationships.
• Meets activity goals to achieve employment start outcomes.
• Coordinates externship opportunities and monitors externship process.
• Supports students with resumes, job search strategies and interview techniques.
• Adheres to compliance and documentation standards.
• Supports campus events, graduation activities and other duties as assigned.
