Tampatraining is seeking a Workforce Readiness Navigator to support the St. Pete Works EDGE initiative in South St. Petersburg. The role focuses on career readiness, navigation, job placement, and wraparound support to help residents access and retain livable to mid-high wage employment.

You will collaborate with SPC, workforce partners, employers, and community organizations to document outcomes and ensure compliance with EDGE requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required or higher.
• Associate degree + 2 years of customer service or related workforce experience.
• High School Diploma + 4 years of customer service or related experience.
• Florida Workforce Professional Certification Tier I required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct targeted outreach to CRA residents and promote EDGE program.
• Provide individualized career coaching and readiness interventions.
• Support enrollment, orientation, assessments, and referrals.
• Coordinate with employers and partners for job opportunities and pathway alignment.
• Document outcomes, wage data, placements, and retention milestones.
• Plan and document employer-engagement events and participation.
• Maintain accurate participant and employer records in SPC/HubSpot systems.
• Monitor compliance, performance and quality assurance per EDGE requirements.
• Communicate progress with the SPC Project Director and EDGE partners.
