You will assess readiness, provide actionable feedback, and collaborate with Career Advisors to align training plans with next steps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, human services, workforce development, or related field preferred.
• Two years’ experience in adult education, workshop facilitation, or workforce development coaching.
• Experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver POP and Life Skills workshops as scheduled with curriculum standards.
• Facilitate ESOL ENGEN classroom sessions and track progress.
• Assess participant engagement and readiness for work and next steps.
• Maintain structured, engaging sessions with clear expectations and accountability.
• Prepare materials and technology in advance for effective delivery.
