Responsibilities

• Network and establish working relationships with County Assistance Offices, Community Agencies, Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Organizations and other agencies as needed.
• Provide case management to assigned caseload; complete case notes and follow up services regarding employment, retention and termination; recommend, promote and schedule Center services for customers
• Work with the Integrated Job Development Team and its job developers to transition customers to appropriate employment
• Provide advice to customers on job finding and skill development to assist customer with becoming more competitive in the job market
