Job summary

Genesee Intermediate School District is seeking a full-time Career Preparation/CTE & Special Projects Coordinator. This role involves leading regional career planning initiatives, managing special projects, and collaborating with partners to enhance student career readiness.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a preferred Master's and experience in education or workforce development.

The position offers a salary range of $55,000 – $65,000 annually, all necessary benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in education, workforce development, training programs, or a related field required.
• Five (5) or more years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support regional career planning and CTE initiatives.
• Coordinate Career Planning Initiative activities and administer technical skills assessments.
• Collaborate with community and industry partners to support career fairs and apprenticeships.

Education

Bachelor’s degree is required

Master’s degree preferred
