The role collaborates with colleagues, alumni, employers, and campus partners to expand career-connected experiences and provide coaching across class years and majors. The position emphasizes program development, assessment, and use of career platforms while supporting strategic initiatives and evolving industry

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with professional experience in career services or student development.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with students, employers, alumni, faculty, staff, and external partners.
• Experience providing advising, coaching, programming, and client-facing services.
• Knowledge of career readiness, workforce trends, and recruitment practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual career coaching to students across class years and majors.
• Assist with career exploration, internships, job searches, resume/cover letter development, and interview prep.
• Develop and deliver career education programs, workshops, and employer events.
• Manage programs and experiential opportunities, including internships and on-campus experiences.
• Support career technology platforms (Handshake, VMock) and keep abreast of new tools.
• Collaborate across departments to respond to evolving student and employer needs.
